I am Jaap Westernmann, managing director of Rheingold Immobilien.

I founded the company in 2007. As a career changer, I initially had to rely on the know-how of employees. It quickly became clear that business and marketing know-how alone would not get you very far. In addition to certification as an expert for undeveloped and developed properties from TÜV Rheinland, I therefore place the greatest value on regular further training for myself and my team. Learning from the best is our claim. Accordingly, we are active in the Federal Association for the Real Estate Industry and exchange ideas intensively in a working group of the Competence Club DACH for real estate professionals. In addition, we take part in significantly more training events than would be required according to - albeit too lax - legislation on this point.

Before I became a real estate agent, I was often annoyed by bad advice.
